Section 8-5-104 - Oath of office

The state treasurer shall take an oath before a judge of the supreme, appeals, or circuit court, or a chancellor, to support the Constitutions of Tennessee and of the United States, and faithfully to execute the duties of the office.Code 1858, § 226 (deriv.
