Section 8-5-105 - Office - Duties

The state treasurer shall keep office in the room assigned to the state treasurer in the capitol, and shall perform all the duties appertaining thereto by law, or which may be required of the state treasurer by resolution of the general assembly.Code 1858, § 228 (deriv.
