Section 8-5-111 - Biennial statement

The state treasurer shall exhibit to the governor, at least ten (10) days before the meeting of the general assembly, an exact statement of the balance in the state treasury to the credit of the state, with a summary of the receipts and payments of the state treasury during the two (2) preceding years.Code 1858, § 242 (deriv.
