Section 8-50-106 - Social worker's qualifications for state institution positions

No person shall hold a position as social worker in any mental health institution in this state unless that person possesses adequate training and competence in the field of social work.Acts 1976, ch. 593, § 1; modified; T.C.A., § 8-4134.
