As used in this part, unless the context otherwise requires:(1) 'Receiving agency' means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which receives an employee of another government under this part; and(2) 'Sending agency' means any department or agency of the federal government or a state government which sends any employee thereof to another government agency under this part.Acts 1967, ch. 324, § 2; T.C.A., § 8-4119; modified; T.C.A., § 8-4118.
