Section 8-6-204 - Printing of reports - Copyright

The attorney general and reporter has the right to select a printer, and has the exclusive control of the publication and binding of all reports. After five (5) years from the publication of each report, the copyright of the same shall revert to the state of Tennessee.Acts 1881, ch. 4, § 2; Shan., § 5763; Code 1932, § 9961; T.C.A.
