Section 8-6-405 - Penalty for failure to testify when served with investigative demand

Any witness who appears as directed by the civil investigative demand, but upon appearance refuses to testify on matters not privileged by law, shall be punished as prescribed in § 8-6-404.Acts 1976, ch. 646, § 5; T.C.A., § 8-634.
