Section 8-7-304 - Calling of meetings - Notice - Election of officers

The president of the conference may call meetings at will, upon at least ten (10) days' written notice to members, and shall call at least one (1) meeting annually, the annual meeting to be at the same time as that held by the judicial conference of this state. The district attorneys general conference shall elect annually a president, vice president, secretary and such other officers as may become necessary.Acts 1961, ch. 301, § 4; T.C.A., § 8-716.
