Section 8-7-306 - Reimbursement for expenses

Every member whose salary is paid in whole or in part by the state shall be entitled to have expenses paid for such attendance. Such expenses shall be paid upon the verified statement of such expenses by the district attorney general incurring the same and shall be paid from the general fund.Acts 1961, ch. 301, § 6; T.C.A., § 8-718.
