Section 8-7-307 - Office of executive director of the district attorneys general conference created - Purpose

There is created the office of executive director of the district attorneys general conference. The purpose of this office shall be to assist in improving the administration of justice in Tennessee by coordinating the prosecutive efforts of the various district attorneys general and by performing the duties and exercising the powers herein conferred.Acts 1972, ch. 551, §§ 1, 9; 1975, ch. 302, § 1; 1976, ch. 621, § 1; T.C.A., § 8-719; Acts 1996, ch. 996, § 1.
