Section 8-7-503 - Judge's instruction to grand jury

It is the duty of the judge who instructs the grand jury to charge the jurors as to this part so that they will be fully informed of the fact that the district attorney general may attend before such body only upon the grand jury's request.Acts 1981, ch. 419, § 3.
