The terms of the members of the board shall be three (3) years; provided, that the initial appointments shall be as follows:(1) One (1) member selected by the county legislative body for one (1) year;(2) One (1) member selected by the county legislative body for two (2) years; and(3) One (1) member selected by the county legislative body for three (3) years.Acts 1974, ch. 751, § 5; impl. am.
