Section 17-301 - Normal retirement benefit

Any judge who has reached normal retirement age shall, upon retirement, be entitled to receive a normal retirement benefit, commencing on the first day of the month following his retirement as a judge and payable thereafter for life, subject to all the terms and conditions of the judges' retirement system.Acts 1947, ch. 64, § 2; 1949, ch. 37, §§ 1, 2; mod.
