Section 17-320 - Source and time of payments

All payments hereunder to retired judges shall be made out of the judges' retirement fund. Payments to retired judges shall be in equal monthly instalments and shall be made at the same time and in the same manner as judges in office are paid.Acts 1955, ch. 208, § 1.
