All personnel required by the board in the administration of the public service commissioners' retirement system shall be provided by the division of retirement in the office of the treasurer of the state of Tennessee and all administrative duties shall be performed by and all administrative records shall be maintained by the said division of retirement. The attorney general of the state of Tennessee or an assistant designated by him shall act as legal advisor and attorney for the board.Acts 1969, ch. 231, § 5.
