There is created and established as of July 1, 1968, a retirement fund for county officials as herein defined to be known as the 'Tennessee County Officials' Retirement Fund.' All transactions of the system shall be in the name of the system and the system shall have all the powers and privileges of a corporation and shall function as hereinafter provided.Acts 1968 (Adj.
