There is hereby established the Tennessee retirement fund for county officials to effectuate the purpose of this chapter. The fund shall be administered and utilized as a trust fund and shall be used for the purpose of providing benefits in accordance with provisions of the chapter and shall be a means of financing benefits and financing expenses of administering the fund by the board in accordance with this chapter.Acts 1968 (Adj.
