Section 8-4009 - Funds deposited in banks

For the purpose of meeting disbursements for retirement allowances and other payments, sufficient cash may be held on deposit to the credit of the state treasurer in one or more banks or trust companies, located in Tennessee, organized under the laws of Tennessee or of the United States, and qualified as state depositories.Acts 1968 (Adj.
