Section 17-507 - Duties of counties - Information - Payroll deductions

To enable the board to perform its functions, each county shall supply full and timely information to the board on all matters relating to the earnings of any members employed by the county, their length of service, their retirement or other causes of termination of employment, contributions to the fund by members, and such other pertinent facts as the board may require. Each county that has been notified that a judge of that county shall participate in this retirement system shall cause to be deducted from the pay check of the judge each payroll period the amounts required by this chapter pursuant to written directions by the board, and shall remit promptly such amounts to the state treasurer.Acts 1963, ch. 206, § 7.
