Section 17-528 - Termination of employment before four years of credited service

If a member has completed less than four (4) years of credited service at the time of his termination of employment as judge, he shall receive, in lieu of all other benefits he is eligible to receive, a refund of the member's contributions standing to his credit, when he attains the age of sixty-two (62).Acts 1963, ch. 206, § 28; 1970 (Adj.
