Section 8-3420 - Service credit lost by cessation of membership

When membership ceases, such certificate shall become void. Should the employee again become a member, such employee shall enter the service as an employee not entitled to prior service credit.Acts 1947, ch. 231, § 7; C. Supp. 1950, § 1034.71 (Williams, § 1034.43).
