After the time mentioned in § 8-3452, the employees' fund shall be a fund to which shall be credited all contributions made by members and from which shall be paid the members' contributions with interest upon separation from service prior to retirement. Upon retirement the amount of the member's accumulated contributions plus interest shall be transferred to the accumulation fund.Acts 1947, ch. 231, § 15; C.
