Section 8-3605 - Benefits payable

Employees who become members under this chapter and on behalf of whom contributions are paid as provided in this chapter shall be entitled to benefits under the retirement system as though they were state employees.Acts 1947, ch. 231, § 9; C. Supp. 1950, § 1034.73 (Williams, § 1034.45).
