Section 9-11-111 - Exemption from taxation

Any bonds issued pursuant to this chapter and the income therefrom are exempt from all state, county and municipal taxation except for inheritance, transfer and estate taxes and except as otherwise provided in this code.Acts 1937, ch. 300, § 13; C.
