Section 9-13-212 - Issuance of notes - Guidelines - Use for operational expenses

Notes issued pursuant to this part shall be issued in the manner provided by chapter 21, parts 1, 4, 6, and 8 of this title. Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, any notes issued pursuant to this part may be used for operational expenses and extend past the current fiscal year.Acts 1992, ch. 526, § 9; 1995, ch. 63, § 1; 2010, ch. 1117, § 5.
