Section 9-21-104 - Negotiability

Any bonds or notes issued by a local government pursuant to this chapter shall be fully negotiable for all purposes in the absence of an express recital on the face of the bond or note that it is nonnegotiable.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 1-4.
