Section 9-21-110 - Appointment of a fiscal agent

Any local government has the power in connection with the issuance of bonds or notes to appoint a fiscal agent, to provide for the powers, duties, functions and compensation of such fiscal agent, to limit the liabilities of the fiscal agent, to prescribe a method for the resignation, removal, merger or consolidation of the fiscal agent, the appointment of a successor fiscal agent, and the transfer of rights and properties to the successor fiscal agent.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 1-10.
