Pending the preparation or delivery of definitive bonds or notes under this chapter, interim certificates or other temporary obligations may be issued by the local government to the purchaser of the bonds or notes. The interim certificates or other temporary obligations shall be in such form and contain such terms, conditions and provisions as the governing body of the local government may determine.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 1-12.
