A resolution authorizing bonds or notes under this chapter may provide that such bonds or notes shall contain a recital that they are issued pursuant to this chapter, which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and the regularity of their issuance.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 1-18.
