Section 9-21-121 - Impairment of contract

Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed in any way to alter the terms of any agreements made with the holders of any outstanding bonds or notes of the local government or to authorize the local government to alter the terms of any such agreements, or to impair, or to authorize the local government to impair, the rights and remedies of any creditors of the local government.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 1-21.
