Section 9-21-211 - Limitation on election contests

No suit, action or other proceeding contesting the validity of the bond election shall be entertained in any of the courts of this state unless such suit, action or other proceeding is commenced within ten (10) days from the date of canvassing of the returns and the determination and declaration of the results thereof by the governing body, whichever is later.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 2-11.
