Section 9-21-212 - Waiting period for new election

If an election on the proposition to issue general obligation bonds is had and a majority of the registered voters voting on the proposition do not vote in favor of the issuance of the general obligation bonds in question, then the proposition shall not again be the subject of an initial resolution until three (3) months have expired from the date of such election.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 2-12.
