Section 9-21-301 - Authorization for the issuance of revenue bonds

(a) Any local government is authorized to issue revenue bonds under this part and part 1 of this chapter for a public works project. 'Revenue bonds' are defined as those bonds which are payable exclusively from the revenues of one (1) or more public works projects.(b) The bonds may be sold in such blocks as the governing body may by resolution determine.Acts 1986, ch. 770, § 3-1.
