Section 9-4-605 - Issuance of duplicate warrants

The commissioner of finance and administration may issue a duplicate warrant to any person to whom an original warrant was issued and which was lost, mislaid, or destroyed, in accordance with procedures established by the commissioner and approved by the state treasurer and comptroller of the treasury.Acts 1985, ch. 118, § 45.
