Section 9-8-102 - Board attached to department of the treasury - Secretary

(a) For the purpose of administration, including fiscal and personnel operations, the board is attached to the department of the treasury.(b) The chair has the authority to designate an employee of the department of the treasury as secretary to the board of claims, who will keep the records and minutes of the board and perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the board.Acts 1945, ch. 73, § 6; C.
