Section 9-9-406 - Rules and regulations

The state treasurer is authorized to promulgate rules and regulations which are consistent with the plan approved by the state funding board pursuant to § 9-9-401 to effectuate the purposes of this part. All such rules and regulations shall be promulgated in accordance with the Uniform Administrative Procedures Act, compiled in title 4, chapter 5.Acts 1980, ch. 480, § 6.
