(a) The district shall provide for the establishment of a hospital system by:(1) acquiring, purchasing, constructing, repairing, or renovating buildings and equipment;(2) equipping the buildings; and(3) administering the system for hospital purposes.(b) The hospital system may include any facilities the board considers necessary for hospital care.
