(a) The district is governed by a board of 11 elected directors.(b) Unless four-year terms are established under Section 285.081, Health and Safety Code:(1) directors serve two-year terms; and(2) the terms of the five directors elected to even-numbered places expire in even-numbered years and the terms of the six directors elected to odd-numbered places expire in odd-numbered years.
