The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of Justice of the Peace Precinct No. 4 of Wichita County, Texas, as those boundaries existed on June 14, 1973. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
