(a) In this section, 'health care services' includes:(1) home health care services;(2) respiratory or physical therapy services;(3) mobile emergency medical services; and(4) clinic services.(b) This chapter does not limit the district in providing health care services to any ill or injured person, regardless of whether the person is a district resident.
