§ 1027.304

(a) If the board finds the election results favor the proposition to dissolve the district, the board shall:(1) issue an order declaring the district dissolved; and(2) proceed with the sale or transfer of the district's assets and liabilities according to the plan proposed on the ballot.(b) If the board finds the election results do not favor the proposition to dissolve the district, the board shall continue to administer the district and another dissolution election may not be held before the first anniversary of the date of the election in which voters disapproved the proposition.
