The district may:(1) operate or provide for the operation of a mobile emergency medical service;(2) operate or provide for home health services, long-term care, skilled nursing care, intermediate nursing care, or hospice care; and(3) establish any other needed medical service considered beneficial to the delivery of health care to district residents.
