(a) If the board finds the election results favor the proposition to dissolve the district, the board shall issue an order disposing of or transferring the district's assets.(b) If the board finds the election results do not favor the proposition to dissolve the district, another dissolution election may not be held before the first anniversary of the date of the election in which voters disapproved the proposition.
