The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of County Commissioners Precincts Nos. 1, 2, and 4 of Hardeman County, Texas, as those boundaries existed on May 17, 1979. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
