(a) The board may appoint to the staff any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the hospital system and the ancillary health care system and may make temporary appointments as necessary.(b) The district may employ fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and additional attorneys the board considers proper.(c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to hire employees, including technicians and nurses, for the district, the hospital system, and the ancillary health care system.
