(a) The district administrator shall:(1) supervise the work and activities of the district facilities and the staff, employees, contractors, and agents of the district; and(2) direct the general affairs of the district subject to the limitations prescribed by the board.(b) The district administrator is responsible for the overall management of all district facilities, including ancillary health care facilities.
