(a) Before undertaking any official duties, each director must take an oath to faithfully discharge the duties of office without favor or partiality.(b) Each director shall give a good and sufficient bond for $1,000 that is:(1) payable to the district; and(2) conditioned on the faithful performance of the director's duties.(c) Each director's oath shall be filed with the district secretary.
