The boundaries of the district are coextensive with the boundaries of County Commissioners Precinct No. 2 of Floyd County as those boundaries existed on January 1, 1973. Added by Acts 2007, 80th Leg., R.S., Ch. 920 (H.B. 3166), Sec. 1.02, eff. April 1, 2009.
