In this chapter:(1) 'Board' means the board of hospital managers of the district.(2) 'Commissioners court' means the Commissioners Court of Lubbock County.(3) 'District' means the Lubbock County Hospital District of Lubbock County, Texas.(4) 'Manager' means a member of the board.
