In this subchapter, 'hospital official' means the following officers or employees, or their equivalent, of the teaching hospital described by Section 1053.152(a):(1) the executive director;(2) the president;(3) the chief executive officer;(4) the chief operating officer;(5) the chief financial officer;(6) any vice president; and(7) any other officer.
